My Favorite Asian Cooking Gadget~ A Flat Bottom Wok
I love Asian cooking, and stir fry. I really enjoy making my own fried rice, stir fry, and Asian recipes at home. When I cook at home I can lighten up the recipes, and add my favorite flavors. Here’s one of my favorite Asian cooking gadgets.
I have to have a flat bottom wok, so I can use it right on my stove top. I prefer a stainless steel stir fry pan, because I don’t want pieces of the no stick pans in my food. KitchenAid has a 12.5-in., 5-Ply Stainless Steel Clad Stir Fry Pan that I really like. The bottom is heavy enough to heat up and provide even heat to help with the cooking process. The metal handle makes it oven safe, which is a must at our house.
