Cooking Light Complete Cookbook: A Healthy Cooking Resource

Cooking Light, the largest food magazine in the United States, has just published a comprehensive and enjoyable cookbook, aptly called “Cooking Light Complete Cookbook.” This 632-page, spiral-bound book has something for every taste and level of cooking expertise.
There are hundreds of recipes from the United States and abroad as well as instructional tips on cooking techniques and food buying guides. Of course, being “Cooking Light,” there’s also nutritional information and tips for healthy (yet delicious) cooking.
Included are healthy variations of old favorites, such as Chicken Marsala and Veal Parmesan, as well as a guide to what’s in season and party planning lists.
“Cooking Light’s Complete Cookbook” would make a great gift for a college graduate or newly-married couple, but it’s also a nice primer on healthy cooking for an established cook.
The cookbook also comes with an interactive dvd with 100 menus, including those for entertaining, holiday cookie swaps, and special occasion dinners as well as 40 How-To videos.
