Here’s a (somewhat) healthy alternative to regular pancakes.
Buckwheat Pancakes Recipe
1 cup buckwheat flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg beaten
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
